Senior Principal of Parker Poe Consulting Location Solutions, Mark Simmons, was recently quoted in an article by GSA Business Report detailing Workhorse's decision to drops its challenge against Oshkosh's government contract. Oshkosh won a contract earlier this year with the United States Postal Service to build its new fleet of mail delivery vehicles in Spartanburg County, South Carolina.

Mr. Simmons noted that "it’s not uncommon for losing companies to challenge government contracts when the money is large." However, “that they (Workhorse) withdrew their claim is telling. None of the others who were competing for the contract challenged it.”
